I am a doctoral student at Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow. My field of research is Organizational Behavior, under the Human Resources Management area at IIM Lucknow. I expect to complete my doctoral studies in 2016.

Before becoming a student again, I used to design chips for a living. I have about 13 years of experience in various organizations in the semiconductor area.
